Refund & Return Policy
General Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@diamondpeptides.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
